My Gym LA Fitness
Day 1
- 45min-1hr Jog on treadmil (3.0-11.0 elevation) (3.0-4.0 speed)
 - 30min- Elliptical or similar movement
 - 20min- weights 5 minute abs, 5 minute arms, 5 minute butt, 5 minute legs
 - 20min- Light cardio of your choice
 - 10min- Stretching
 
Day 2 (Alternative to Day 1)
- 20min- weights 5 minute abs, 5 minute arms, 5 minute butt, 5 minute legs
 - Take a Spin Class LA Fitness Group Spin Classes
 - 10min- Stretching
 
- 100 calorie warm up on treadmill
 - 30min weights
 - 10min stretching
 
- Just Rest
 
- Go for a long walk, around your town, city, or on sand for at least 1 hr
 - Go swimming
 - Jump rope for at least 10 minutes
 - Go for a hike
 - Surfing
 - Volleyball
 - While stand and holding on to a wall or object infront of you, lift your leg at a 90'degree behind you and repeat 10 times for each leg, do 3 reps

 - It is important to keep your heart rate up if you want to burn calories.
