Day 1

  • 45min-1hr Jog on treadmil (3.0-11.0 elevation) (3.0-4.0 speed)
  • 30min- Elliptical or similar movement
  • 20min- weights  5 minute abs, 5 minute arms, 5 minute butt, 5 minute legs
  • 20min- Light cardio of your choice
  • 10min- Stretching

Day 2 (Alternative to Day 1)
Day 3 (Once a week)
  • 100 calorie warm up on treadmill
  • 30min weights
  • 10min stretching 
Day 4 (Once a week)
  • Just Rest
Gym Alternatives
  • Go for a long walk, around your town, city, or on sand for at least 1 hr 
  • Go swimming
  • Jump rope for at least 10 minutes
  • Go for a hike
  • Surfing
  • Volleyball
  • While stand and holding on to a wall or object infront of you, lift your leg at a 90'degree behind you and repeat 10 times for each leg, do 3 reps

  • It is important to keep your heart rate up if you want to burn calories.
